Research ByIQ is a venture studio for foundational technologies. We build seed-stage proofs of concept for the hard problems sitting at the heart of trillion-dollar ecosystems — compute, silicon, kernels, manufacturing, sovereign infrastructure — and spin each one out as its own company.
How we work
Three steps, then it leaves.

Find the bottleneck
We look for the physical or architectural limit that an entire ecosystem has quietly accepted — a boot time, a fabrication step, a transformer's cost per token.

Build the proof
A small team, a working artifact, a measured result. No decks without silicon, no claims without a benchmark someone else can run.

Spin it out
Each proof becomes an independent company with its own name, domain and cap table. The studio stays small; the ventures get to be large.
